On the 26th March 2012 Camden Council informed us that: "We accept that there are genuine issues around the hot water supply.
However, the volume of correspondence is proving to be a significant burden and distraction, and is in effect detracting from the efforts of Officers who are trying to address the underlying issues and resolve the problems. I regret to inform you that should your correspondence continue at such a volume in the future, then serious consideration will be given to applying these exemptions."
Cllr Roger Robinson has arranged a meeting with Mr Dilley on Wednesday 21st March 2012 in order to discuss the current unacceptable situation with the hot water. Please read more information below. This will be updated again after the meeting.
Under the Freedom of Information Act we learned amongst other things that Camden Council has a budget for the heating works of £35,000, but there will be no charge to residents.
