On the 3rd June 2015, Camden Council has sent us the following notice regarding essential electrical works at Mexborough House. The original document can be found here
Mr Gary Nicholls, Estate Services Supervisor, has informed us that: “I can confirm I have now met with our Electrical Contracts Manager this morning on the Curnock Est. I have pointed out and discussed the 8 faulty lights of concern (4 on the corners of Billingley and 4 on the corners of Warmsworth).
Mr Gary Nicholls, Estate Services Supervisor, informed us yesterday that the following repairs have been booked for the 24th October 2014 between 08:00 and 16:00.

Reference Number 1753644/1: The Marr repair to brick wall
The Gerda Lock of the gate that is located on the Pratt Street entrance has been broken. An appointment arranged for the 24th September 2014 from 08:00 - 09:30
On the 02nd September 2014, we have informed the council's repairs team about the faulty closer on the entry door of The Marr building (REF 1734530-1).
The repair is scheduled for Thursday 4th September 2014 between 09:00 and 11:00am.
There are a lot of communal and building lights that are currently not working on the whole estate. Also there are many broken glass panels. We have reported all the lighting issues to the Repairs Team under REF: 1576135/1 but nothing happened. We sent another email recently including all the other issues as well. Read the updates below:
