Boiler Noise The residents from the flats that are located above the boiler room are frequently disturbed from the pulsating noise that is coming from the equipment in that room.

Camden council has informed us that they are planning to fit an attenuator to the flue in early January and are working now to replace the plate heat exchanger (PHE).

4 Boroughs have Left Zurich and A Resident's Experience

Zurich Insurance Plc Fire Claim London Insurance Consortium had originally spent £10,000,000 for its building insurance with Zurich Insurance Plc. Since then 4 boroughs have left the Zurich Insurance. Unfortunately Camden Council still uses Zurich for its building insurance even if it is a very bad investment according to a resident who has ongoing problems for the last 17 months without home, 7 relocations, endless stress and poor quality of workmanship. Boiler Noise The residents from the flats that are located above the boiler room are frequently disturbed from the pulsating noise that is coming from the equipment in that room.

Last September Apollo traced the noise down to the pressurization unit within the boiler house. However since then the noise is back and nobody seems to do anything. Please read the latest updates below and the previous stories at the end of this entry.

Broken Glass Panels and Faulty lights on Curnock Estate There are a lot of communal and building lights that are currently not working on the whole estate. Also there are many broken glass panels. We have reported all the lighting issues to the Repairs Team under REF: 1576135/1 but nothing happened. We sent another email recently including all the other issues as well. Read the updates below:
