24-05-2010 12:43 Tracy Seaborne (Repairs Officer) has requested that contractors from Lakehouse check the Communal Door Entry system and they should attend within the next 24 hours.
The reference number for this order is 976148/1.
If they are unable to remedy the problem on site we will need to wait till Camden Maintenance attends next Tuesday."
On the 21st October 2009 a resident with his friend visited the Camden Council office in Crowndale Road in order to buy a new fob key. A young man around thirty was there alone. He served the residents without requesting a fee or any form of ID. The resident wasn't even asked to sign for taking receipt of the key.
This suggests that the Camden Council does not have any control over the number of fobs in circulation or even who has them. Not even a simple check is being made to stop the misuse of the system.
