COMPENSATION PROCEDURE FOR COUNCIL TENANTS ONLY
STEP 1
Call the Housing Repairs admnistration on 020 7974 1212 or 020 7974 4444
STEP 2
Request the Heating Refund Form. See a sample here: page 1, page 2
STEP 3
Complete the first section ONLY.
On the Pay Ref field please complete the reference number that you have for paying your rent.
STEP 4
Send the form by normal post to the
Housing Repairs Administration

STEP 5
The Camden Council will consider your claim and they reply with a letter. See a sample letter.
