22-12-2009 at 17:32 Cllr Roger Robinson informed us that he has tried and hopefully there will be some hot water by now. He promised to pursue this after the Xmas break.
He also forward us an e-mail from Ashford Francis (Programme Manager - Mechanical and Electrical Capital Delivery Team - Renewals Division) which states the following:
Thank you for your complaint form received by us yesterday. We have registered your complaint as an appeal to the Chief Executive. We are now consulting with the Housing and adult social care department.
We hope to send you a full reply before 19 January 2010. We sometimes require meetings with the people involved or complex file searches. If we do, they may delay our reply. We will let you know if any delay is likely.
Your investigating officer is currently unallocated (we will let you know soon).
19-11-2009 at 13:43 A resident in Mexborough informed us that the issue with the hot water is stil outstanding.
19-11-2009 at 09:53 The Repairs Team sent an e-mail to Cllr Robinson saying that all details of this repair have been called through, and the urgently of the repair has been relayed back to the heating contractors.
