Hot Water Compensation OR An Insult?

Heating Refund 2012 We have been informed that the leaseholders on the estate have not received the refund that was promised to them for the loss of hot water between November 2011 and April 2012. The actual service charges that were sent to the leaseholders on September 2012 did not include any refund or compensation.

After some Analysis of the Heating/hot water failures that the Camden Council has undertaken, they decided that the failures were partial and therefore they are not caught by Camden Council's compensation policy!!
