In the last couple of days the lights that are located in front of flats 1, 2, 3, 11, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26 as well as two lights on the communal stairs are not working the last couple of days. There are also one building light outside the flat 1 which is not working as well as the one above the main door between flats 3 and 21.
The problem was reported today to the Camden Council with REF: 1155334.
Home Ownership contacted the Capital Works which were carried out the works on the Curnock Estate and they spoke with the programme manager for Camden Town. After that conversation they informed us that:
Camden Council actually owns the windows but not the front entrance doors to leasehold flats. The leasehold agreement demises the front entrance doors to leaseholders.

The signs in front of the Mexborough building have been turned around for the fourth time in the last couple of months. It is unknown if it is done by the residents or somebody else.
