On Wednesday 29th December 2010, Camden Council carried out some repairs (gas leak, boiler door seal and tie rod) to one of the boilers (boiler 3). As a result of those changes or other changes somewhere, a disturbing loud noise (higher than 40dB) is present on some flats which can be heard about every hour throughtout the night. It is less regular during the day.
On Wednesday 20th October 2010, Apollo group carried out an emergency repair job inside the boiler room. After those emergency repairs a disturbing constant noise is present on some flats which can be heard throughtout the day and night.

The noise level from the boiler room which is located underneath the Goldthorpe, was unacceptably high. For that reasons, we have sent an e-mail to the Camden Council on Friday 19th December 2008.
We received the following reply on the same day: "Our District Heating Manager has been on site with Seaflame they identified a couple of problems with one boiler and two pumps remedial action continues to be carried out and I will up date everyone when I have received all of the feed back".
