RESULT 1: MORE PEOPLE HAVE REPORTED THE PROBLEMMr Peter Swingler (Head of the Central Complaints Unit) stated that:
"You have put a case that all of the (286) flats on the estate have experienced low hot water temperatures for something now in the region off 60 days.
I am advised that not all the flats have reported or are thought to have experienced such a continuing problem for that duration, although evidently many have reported individual loss of service, including a number who have done so after your distribution of a letter to residents."
COMMENT: As a result of our campaign there were more complaints that forced Camden Council to take this hot water issue seriously.

RE: Lack of Regular Hot Water Supply for Several Months
I am writing to you regarding the management of the hot water on this estate.
Apollo Group were originally on site to improve/maintain the communal hot water system in May 2010. The works were due to be carried out within a time scale of 6 months, but actually took closer to 18 months. During this period residents suffered from frequent loss of hot and cold water for days on end (32 days in 2011 and 20+ on 2010).
The following anonymous letter was sent to the residents of the Curnock Estate. Apollo states that the works will finish in the middle of APRIL 2012 subject to material delivery. The original document can be found on this link.
