Hot Water from the Cold Water Taps

Today the residents of Goldthorpe have started to experience the same problem with the cold water taps as before (May 2015). Instead of having cold water from the communal water tank the taps are producing boiling hot water.

Boiling hot water is coming out from all the taps in the bathrooms and toilets as well as the toilet cisterns.

Dropped Calls to Housing Patrol We have tried repeatedly to reach the Housing Security Patrol today (04-Oct-2015) at 22:40 but all our 10-15 attempts were unsuccessful.

The calls were answered by the automated system every time, the recorded message was played and then the call was dropped.

How can people report security issues if the council’s telephone systems are not working?

To residents of the Curnock estate

Following reports of Crime and Anti-Social Behaviour on the Curnock estate, the Police and the Council will be holding a Community Event on your estate.

We will be out and about on the estate on Tuesday 18th August between 6-8pm and want to talk to YOU about your experiences of Crime and Anti-Social Behaviour and how we can work together to reduce this and the impact it is having on you and your community.
