On the 26th March 2012 Camden Council informed us that: "We accept that there are genuine issues around the hot water supply.
However, the volume of correspondence is proving to be a significant burden and distraction, and is in effect detracting from the efforts of Officers who are trying to address the underlying issues and resolve the problems. I regret to inform you that should your correspondence continue at such a volume in the future, then serious consideration will be given to applying these exemptions." |

Dear Mr Williams,
Thank you for the last letter regarding the Apollo's anonymous letter.
Please accept my sincere apologies for the large volume of FOI requests. Unfortunately, I had to ask the questions on behalf of other residents who do not have internet access or the know how to issue those requests.
Please have in mind that Camden Council and especially the repairs department has repeatably refused to answer any residents questions even after 3 months without hot water. My complaint about that issue has been fully upheld.
Camden Council has to realize that the hot water service is: "A Service that we pay but we do not receive". The least that Camden Council had to do was to inform residents rather than sending anonymous letters.
Please check our petition and the residents comments at: http://petition.curnockestate.com
Many Thanks for your help.
Yours sincerely
