NO Heating and Hot Water (1 Day)

We have been informed by the council that a second letter was sent to all residents last week to advise a further shut down was required today. This shut down is to allow the fitting of the attenuator and to complete the final valve to the second PHE.

Subject: RE: Curnock Street - Noise Problems

Dear Resident,

Thank you for your e-mail.

Last week’s shut down was to allow Apollo to start enabling works to both the flue system and the second plate heat exchanger (PHE)

A second letter was sent to all residents last week to advise a further shut down was required today.

This shut down is to allow the fitting of the attenuator and to complete the final valve to the second PHE.

Once this work is finished, Apollo will be able to commence the second phase of the acoustic report that should show a measurable difference in flue noise to the area around the flue.

I understand that you have been advised that the works will not be finished until early February.

Regards
