In the last couple of months the residents of the Curnock Estate experiencing problems with the hot water temperature which is normally below the required 37 Celsius degrees during the day. The residents also reporting low water pressure. We asked Mr John Wheatman on 30th January 2012 to provide us some information regarding the reasons for those problems. He has not come back to us yet. More information below.
There is no hot water on the Curnock Estate. The Emergency Repairs Team has been informed at 09:44am from a resident. There were problems with the boilers yesterday as well due to a power failure. More information below.
***UPDATED***Below you can find a diary concenring the hot water temperature on the Curnock Estate. For a normal bath the water temperature should be around 37 degrees of Celcius. However the hot water temperature should be at least 50 degrees of Celcius after running the tap for one minute according to the standards. Please see the reference sites on the end of this page.
The Camden Council managed to repair some of the broken lights but in the process to do that they switched off the electricity. The electricity stopped the boilers and for the moment there is no hot water or heating (Camden Council said that was not the case). Read more upates below.

The hot water in the Goldthorpe building is tepid during the day and not hot enough for a shower or a bath. We have reported the problem to Camden Council. Please see the information below:
