No Hot Water There is no hot water on the Curnock Estate. The Emergency Repairs Team has been informed at 09:44am from a resident. There were problems with the boilers yesterday as well due to a power failure. More information below.

Hot Water Temperature Log

Boiler Noise ***UPDATED***Below you can find a diary concenring the hot water temperature on the Curnock Estate. For a normal bath the water temperature should be around 37 degrees of Celcius. However the hot water temperature should be at least 50 degrees of Celcius after running the tap for one minute according to the standards. Please see the reference sites on the end of this page.

They Fixed Some Lights BUT They Switched Off The Heating - REF: 1280829/1

No Hot Water Or Heating 16 January 2012 The Camden Council managed to repair some of the broken lights but in the process to do that they switched off the electricity. The electricity stopped the boilers and for the moment there is no hot water or heating (Camden Council said that was not the case). Read more upates below.

Uncompleted Repairs - Complaint

Overdue Repairs and Camden Council's Lies On the beginning of December 2011 we reported many things that needed to be repaired by the Camden Council. Many building lights are broken, gate locks are broken, refuse room doors have broken locks so anyone can enter the building, etc

The Housing Repairs Team has provided us with reference numbers for some of the repairs but not for all. They told us that some lights have been repaired when obviously that is not the case.

For the last 3 weeks we have not received any update or response and for that reason we have launched an official complaint.
