CSE Group Meeting

NOTE: This meeting has been rescheduled due to unforseen problems.

This will be the first meeting of the CSE Group.

The preliminary agenda is as follow:

- Introduce the new members to the team,
- Set/Modify the objectives of the group,
- Responsibilities and team posts,
- Newsletters and distribution
- Ways to share information (online and offline),
- News in a video format,
- any other matters

In this meeting we will show residents how to use the website and how to utilise all the website functions.

Some of the functions that will covered are:

- Publishing stories
- Comment on stories
- Flag inappropriate stories
- Create Events
- View the whole website in a different language
- Subscribe to stories (i.e. receives all updates by email)
- Contact the support team

If time allows us we will also try to cover:

Timer Issues with Lights on Goldthorpe and Billingley - REF: 1346602/2

Faulty Lights The timer for the communal building lights in Goldthorpe and Billingley has the wrong settings. This forces the lights to turn off at 03:25am every morning and the whole area becomes very dark.

The fault has been reported (Ref: 7805105) on 24-05-2012. Read the updates below:

Broken Communal Lights - REF: 1348657/1 & REF: 1348667/1

Broken Light on Goldthorpe The white communal light about the main entrance in the Goldthorpe building (REF: 1348657/1). The communal light on the pole which is located behind Barnborough (REF: 1348667/1) building (flats 20-21) and near the playing area (next to the patios of flat 20-21) is not working. It has been reported online (Ref. 7805190) to the Housing Repairs Team on 24-05-2012. We are waiting an update and a job number. Read the updates below:

Caretaker Services Almost one month after our initial email to Mr Barry Betts (Estate Officer) and after numerous emails, complaints, arguments and telephone calls to him and Ms Vicky Morris (Ward Housing Manager), we managed to learned the following information regarding the caretaker services:
