14-11-2009 at 22:02 Cllr Roger Robinson informed us that he have checked with Emergency Team and they told him that the hot water is back on but there is a need for a new ball valve which they have asked Repairs to install.
14-11-2009 at 16:34 Cllr Roger Robinson informed us that he has just phoned Eemergency re the hot water to be told that they are waiting for the boiler to fill up with water and hopefully the hot water will be on by 5.30 pm-today!
26-10-2009 at 09:15 An e-mail from Helen Roy informed us that Ms Andrea Comer will log this issue as a formal complaint. The council is now dealing with our complaint at the Local resolution stage of their complaint procedure. They have asked, the Repairs Quality Team to respond to us by 20 November 2009. If any delay is likely to occur, they will contact us and let us know. Although, the response is due by the 20 November, Helen Roy has asked the Repairs Quality Team to give this matter Priority.
There is no hot water in the Curnock Estate since 12:00 today. The Emergency Team of the Camden Council has been informed. Seaflame visited the site at 15:00.
The Seaflame Engineer did not find any problem with the boiler. His supervisor informed him that the problem might be with the water tanks which are located on the roof. He suggested to contact the Emergency Team again in order to speak with the Apollo plumbers.
There is hot water on the Curnock Estate due to sewage water entering the boiler room. The Emergency Repair Team has been informed at 18:00.
Dave from the repair team has informed us that the contractor, Seaflame, could not enter the boiler room in order to restore the hot water. They promised to come back tomorrow.
It is also mentioned that the windows in the boiler room have never been replaced after the major boiler upgrade a few years ago.
03-07-2009 at 18:45 The repair team informed us that the boiler will be repaired on Monday 6th July 2009. This is one week after the fault was reported.
02-07-2009 at 19:30 The Repairs Team informed us that Seaflame ordered a spare part for the boiler which will arrive tomorrow. They will have to shut down the boiler while they repairing the boiler.
