I am therefore writing to invite you to a 'Meet the Contractor' meeting (details below) to discuss any aspects of the proposed installation programme with the appointed contractors and ourselves. This will be an opportunity for you to further explore how the programme will be run, raise any concerns and make comment in regards to the works.

Noise From The Boiler Room (March 2013)

Boiler Noise The residents from the flats that are located above the boiler room are frequently disturbed from the pulsating noise that is coming from the equipment in that room. For the last 13 years we have sent many emails and made hundreds of phone calls. Every time the root of the problem is a bad maintained machine.
