We have been informed from the Camden Council that only 8 properties have been registered for subletting. This indicates that many leaseholders are not comply with the regulations of the council.
On the 21st May 2014, there was a meeting between some residents, one member of the old TRA and two representatives from the council. The old TRA returned one laptop back to the council as well as two bank accounts. However some cheque books and other documents are still missing or misplaced. Finally the previous TRA member did not know who had the key from the offices in The Marr and for that reason the main lock will be changed.
