I am writing to give my decision on the complaint you have made on appeal to the Chief Executive concerning the Housing and adult social care service (HASC).
Home Ownership contacted the Capital Works which were carried out the works on the Curnock Estate and they spoke with the programme manager for Camden Town. After that conversation they informed us that:
Camden Council actually owns the windows but not the front entrance doors to leasehold flats. The leasehold agreement demises the front entrance doors to leaseholders.
On the 5th April 2007 police hang up the phone while I was reporting a crime because it was too much crime. The policeman indirectly suggested that we have to report a certain amount of crime.
